David Barr is a seasoned developer and general contractor with over four decades of experience managing multi-million-dollar projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. A graduate of Millikin University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, David began his career in Central Illinois, founding and leading DBarr Construction, where he built a successful homebuilding business and served as President of the Central Illinois Home Builders Association.

Relocating to Atlanta in 1984, David founded DBarr Inc., specializing in the construction and development of office buildings, industrial facilities, retail spaces, hotels, and lot developments. For over 25 years, he established himself as a leading niche developer in the metro Atlanta market, completing and selling hundreds of high-profile projects.

Currently, as founder of TD Barr Construction LLC, David is engaged in a wide range of residential and commercial construction projects. He also leads Barr Real Estate Services LLC, providing consulting and value analysis on development projects, including collaboration with Crown Castle.

Known for his dynamic leadership and meticulous approach to every phase of development, David combines expertise in site acquisition, design/build, and performance analysis to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions. Residing in Sarasota, Florida, he continues to shape the landscape of construction and development with a commitment to excellence.
